The project includes the creation of a student residence with approximately 200 beds, as well as commercial and office spaces, contributing to the enhancement of the entire urban area. This intervention is part of a broader transformation plan that will lead to the creation of a new square and the reorganization of the surrounding public spaces, with the extension of the pedestrian and cycle-pedestrian area. This redevelopment preserves the historical essence of the building, integrating it with modern comforts and cutting-edge technologies to reduce environmental impact and improve living quality. Camplus Firenze Pietrapiana offers 203 beds, divided into 182 student residence rooms and 21 apartment beds. The housing solutions include single and double rooms with private bathrooms, designed to ensure privacy and comfort, thanks to modern furnishings, high-speed Wi-Fi connection, and smart storage solutions. The residence provides large common areas designed to encourage social interaction and study, including a multipurpose room with a recreational and dining area, study rooms, shared kitchens, and a fitness area. On the ground floor, there is also a public bar. As in many Camplus residences, hospitality follows the all-inclusive formula, which combines the autonomy of university life with the support of a dynamic and engaging community.
