Camplus Turazza represents a new housing excellence for students. Located in a strategic position in Padua, the residence arises from the demolition and reconstruction of a 1970s building, transforming it into a modern and sustainable complex. The project was designed with a focus on environmental sustainability.
Camplus Turazza is an NZEB (Near Zero Energy Building), with an almost zero energy requirement. Among its most distinctive features: the construction of the upper floors in prefabricated wood.
The residence offers 230 beds in single and double rooms, designed to ensure maximum comfort and functionality. All rooms feature a private bathroom, an internal kitchenette with induction cooktops, a refrigerator, a microwave, and pantry spaces. The furnishings are of high quality and include everything necessary for student life away from home.
Camplus Turazza also offers numerous common areas to foster social interaction and the well-being of its residents. These include a restaurant/bar, multiple study rooms, recreational spaces, a gym and multipurpose room, a panoramic rooftop, an outdoor garden, and a garage for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
