In the ancient buildings of Via Manin, there will be a new Camplus residence with 240 new beds for students and young workers. The prestigious restoration project intends to give new splendor to the buildings, bringing them back to their origin but in a more modern and sustainable way. During construction already re-emerged splendid decorations on the ceilings, ancient tiles and noble coats of arms of the families who built these buildings in the 15th century. A story that will be well preserved and for which it is intend to designate a room as a “museum” where to show the testimonies and the history of these buildings.
The project includes, among other things, the creation of a large restaurant area open to the city.
