The residence enjoys a strategic location: close to the train station and the university departments of Ecology and Educational Sciences, in a well-served area of Parma.
The complex consists of two buildings with separate entrances (Via Umbria and the eponymous Viale Tanara) overlooking a peaceful shared courtyard. It offers 60 beds, divided into various accommodation types: from single rooms to studio apartments; from double rooms in shared apartments to two-room flats, ensuring cozy and functional spaces for every housing need. Camplus Tanara provides all the necessary services for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, utilities, and communal cleaning, all included in the rental fee. The property is a candidate for European funding under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), reaffirming Camplus' commitment to the right to education and high-quality student housing.
