Furthermore, in the phase of requesting information or registration for our services, additional information can allow us to improve our service offerings and propose initiatives or services that are more tailored to your characteristics.

| The personal data provided by users are used to submit the application for admission in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. All processing is based on the consent expressed by the data subject. | The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to submit contact requests or submit the application for admission. Some personal data are requested as optional to provide better service and assistance during the application submission phase, but their non-provision does not prevent the submission of the application.

The collected data will also be processed for further statistical purposes once anonymized or according to the purposes of the information provided pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR during the registration for our services.
- HOW ARE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
The collected data are mainly processed using IT tools. Suitable security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
The Controller sends email messages to users who have given their specific consent at the time of contract subscription through a newsletter and CRM management service.
Personal data is mainly processed within the European Union, at the premises of the data controller or at SaaS cloud service providers or hosting and backup service providers. If third-party services located in the United States of America are used, the data processor undertakes to make the data transfer safe by signing standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 of the GDPR.
The data collected with the admission form do not involve an automated profiling of the interested parties.
The collection of candidate information is necessary to collect admission applications. No discrimination is made based on the personal data provided at the time of submitting the admission application.
At the time of admission, academic propensity, merit in the academic and school path, and any unfavorable economic situation are considered to ensure better assistance and improve the student’s experience, who enters the Camplus world after an admission test.
No assessment is made using automated tools since the evaluation of admission is based only on the results of the admission test by a commission that manages them according to the principles of protection of personal data processing.
Failure to provide data in the admission form will make it impossible to evaluate candidates for admission to the university’s merit colleges. Some personal data is optional, and their failure to provide them still allows the candidate to submit the application, but it will not be possible to offer better assistance during the application submission phase.
In the context of the application for admission to the merit colleges, data on the candidates’ family/parents may be requested. Their data is processed exclusively for the evaluation and contact purposes within the procedure. The candidate will provide them with information on how the Joint Controllers process their personal data.
3.WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?
The personal data are processed by internal authorized individuals specifically trained for the treatment, who will be bound by professional secrecy and maximum confidentiality on them.
The personal data are processed by companies and professionals who manage the updating and maintenance of the website, or who provide other services to the Data Controller, formally appointed as data processors and bound to comply with technical and organizational security measures that guarantee the protection of personal data of the data subjects.
The data will be communicated to Public Administrations in cases required by law.
The data will not be disclosed.
