Located in the historic center of Udine, Camplus Udine Manin is set within a prestigious historical complex bordered by Via Manin, Via della Prefettura, and Piazzetta Valentinis. The complex consists of four buildings from different periods, all predating 1900, including a tower house dating back to the 1400s. The renovation project, carried out in compliance with architectural constraints, has made the ground floor spaces fully interconnected, while the upper floors are divided into distinct levels. The residence has been designed to offer high energy efficiency, thanks to internal insulation and high-performance systems.
The residence offers a total of 160 beds, divided into single and double rooms, all in the "Studios" formula, meaning accommodations equipped with an internal kitchenette featuring an induction hob, combined refrigerator, microwave oven, activated carbon hood, and pantry furniture. Each room includes a private bathroom, desk, wardrobe, and data connection. Guests will have access to numerous common areas: a restaurant-bar, study rooms, recreation room, gym, laundry, multipurpose hall, and an outdoor garden. Additionally, there is a panoramic terrace, as well as a dedicated area for storing bicycles and motorcycles.
