As a result of the partnership between Camplus and Ca' Foscari University, Camplus Santa Marta is the largest student residence in the city. It is a historic late 19th-century complex adjacent to the university campus.
The rooms feature high-quality finishes and custom furnishings. The structure offers large studios or comfortable one-room apartments with a kitchenette, both single and double. Inside, there are numerous common areas including a hall with a refreshment area, a conference room, several study rooms, a laundry room, and a garden. The reception is always active and available to residents. The highlight of the residence is the highly technological and innovative gym.
