Camplus residences offer services designed to provide students with a comfortable living experience, allowing them to focus on their studies.

Whether a Ministry-funded residence (MUR Selection Process) or an open-access residence, Camplus residences generally provide functional and affordable housing solutions, including:

Accommodation in single or double rooms
Utilities (electricity, water, internet, heating, air conditioning)
Cleaning of common areas (and in some cases, room cleaning and linen change)
Customer service: Resident Manager, Vice Resident Manager, 24/7 reception
Regular and emergency maintenance services
Access to common areas such as study rooms, relaxation areas, fitness rooms, and shared kitchens

Can I Stay at Camplus for Only One Semester?

As a result, Camplus residences are located near major universities or well-connected by public transportation, such as buses, trams, and metro lines. This ensures easy commuting for students to both university campuses and other parts of the city.

Are Parking Spaces Available at Camplus Residences?

Yes, many Camplus residences offer reserved parking.

Bicycles and scooters can be parked for free
Cars can be parked at discounted rates for residents

Since parking spaces are limited, it is recommended to book a spot at check-in or during the stay, based on availability.

Can I Bring a Bicycle or Scooter to the Residence?

Absolutely! Nearly all Camplus facilities have dedicated bicycle parking, usually inside the building or in supervised areas.

Students are encouraged to use bicycles as a sustainable mode of transport and can park them in secure spaces accessible only to residents.

Does Camplus Offer a Meal Service?

In the Colleges of Excellence (with the exception of Camplus Bologna San Felice) and in the Camplus residences in Rome San Pietro and Venice Santa Marta, a catering service is available.

In the Colleges of Excellence, the catering service is included and generally covers breakfast and dinner from Monday to Saturday, with some facilities also offering lunch. In the San Pietro and Santa Marta residences, however, the service is optional. Students can choose whether to use the service daily or purchase prepaid meal packages, such as the “Bundle Consumazioni”, which allows them to buy 100 or 200 transferable meals, which can also be used by visiting guests. It is important to check the specific details of the service in the residence contract.

At Camplus Bononia, Camplus Firenze, Camplus Venezia Santa Marta, and Campus San Pietro, the catering service is managed by Hum.us, the Camplus restaurant concept.

Additionally, several Camplus facilities have agreements with local restaurants and commercial establishments, offering discounted meal rates for resident students. Contact the reception of your Camplus facility to check the available options.

What Is Included in Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner at Camplus Facilities? Are There Fixed Menus or Options to Choose From? Can Meals Be Adapted to Dietary Needs?

Breakfast includes:

Dinner (and lunch, where provided) usually includes:

Can I Request Only the Breakfast Service or Only Lunch/Dinner? Can I Modify or Add Meal Plan Options During the Year?

Yes, Camplus offers the possibility to purchase customizable meal packages, where the service is not already included in the fee. Available options include packages of 100 or 200 meals, as well as combinations of breakfast plus lunch/dinner.

Students can modify their meal plans during the year, adding options such as additional meals or breakfast only, depending on their needs. This is particularly useful for those whose academic schedules or cafeteria usage frequency changes over time.

Prepaid meals offer maximum flexibility:

They do not have a daily usage limit and can be consumed freely without following a fixed schedule.
They can also be used by family members and friends.

How Does the Laundry Service Work?

Most Camplus residences have a self-service laundry accessible to students, equipped with washing machines and dryers. The laundry service is paid, and where available, it can be managed through an application that allows students to book time slots and monitor machine availability.

In accommodations booked through the Camplus Apartments service, each apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
