Standard Residences. For Camplus Valverde, Zamboni, San Pietro, and Humanitas residences, students only need to fill out an online application on the Camplus website. No specific selection process or competition is required, and assignments are made based on availability and basic requirements.
Residences with a Public Call for Applications. Access is granted through a public notice. Students must submit their application for the specific residence they are interested in within the deadlines indicated in the notice. Colleges of Excellence. For Italian students, access to Colleges of Excellence requires participation in an internal Camplus selection process, which evaluates academic merit and personal skills. Interested students must apply online, providing their academic background and university curriculum. In some cases, a motivational interview is also required.
International students must also apply online. The minimum stay required is four months, and assignments are based on availability and basic requirements, such as university enrollment or documentation proving participation in an Erasmus project. Short Stays. For students who need temporary accommodation—whether for exams, university events, or vacations with family and friends—it is possible to book a stay with no specific restrictions. What Are the Requirements to Obtain a Bed in Camplus?

In general, to be eligible for Camplus housing, students must:

Be regularly enrolled at an Italian university (excluding online universities),
Have an enrollment ID number or proof of intent to enroll,
Have no criminal convictions,
Be in good health for community living.

What Are the Requirements to Access Camplus Colleges of Excellence and How Does the Ranking System Work?

Admission to Camplus Colleges of Excellence is based on a selection process that evaluates academic merit and growth potential. Interested students must apply online through the Camplus website, providing details on their academic path and personal goals.

The necessary requirements to apply include:

Enrollment in any university-level institution
Meeting merit requirements:
- For first-year students: A high school diploma grade of at least 80/100
- For students in subsequent years: A GPA of 24/30 or higher and completion of at least 50% of the required ECTS credits
Not owning property in the municipality where the desired Camplus residence is located
Having no criminal convictions or pending charges
Not having health conditions that would be incompatible with community living

Students who submit their online application may be invited to a motivational interview to further assess their aspirations and contributions to the college community.

What Is the Educational Agreement in Camplus Colleges of Excellence and What Happens If It Is Not Met?

The Educational Agreement is a contract between the student and the college administration, outlining the academic and extracurricular activities that students must participate in during their stay. This agreement is designed to support students’ academic, personal, and professional growth through:

Mentoring and tutoring programs
Career guidance services
Participation in cultural and educational events

Meeting the requirements of the Educational Agreement is essential to maintain residency in the College of Excellence.

To comply with the agreement, students must accumulate a minimum number of training hours per academic year:

70 hours for Bachelor’s degree students
25 hours for Master’s degree students or students in their fourth year or beyond
25 hours for Erasmus students (adjusted according to the length of stay; the minimum stay for international students is four months)

Throughout the academic year, the college administration conducts periodic evaluations to assess students’ progress toward their Educational Agreement goals. These review meetings help monitor academic performance, provide support, and adjust study plans or extracurricular activities if necessary.

Failure to comply with the Educational Agreement may result in penalties ranging from adjustments to the student’s academic path to loss of residency rights. Students are encouraged to actively participate in these activities, as they are a core element of the Camplus educational experience.

How Can I Access a Camplus Open-Access Residence?

To access a Camplus open-access residence, students must simply fill out an online application on the official Camplus website. No specific selection process or competition is required, and placements are assigned based on availability and general eligibility criteria, such as university enrollment. No additional selection process is necessary.

How Can I Access a Camplus Residence Funded by the MUR with PNRR Funding, and How Does the Ranking System Work?

Access to residences for which Camplus is eligible for funding from the MUR (Ministry of University and Research) is granted through a public notice based on merit criteria. Interested students must follow the instructions in the public notice, available online, and submit their application within the specified deadlines.

At the end of the application period, a ranking list is created, assigning placements to students with the highest scores, until all available spots are filled.

What Happens If I Submit My Camplus Housing Application Late?

Late applications are considered only if there are still available beds and are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

What Happens If I Am a Current Camplus Student and Miss the Renewal or Confirmation Deadline?

Failure to meet the renewal or confirmation deadlines for a Camplus placement results in the loss of the right to housing. It is crucial that students adhere to the deadlines for submitting documentation and paying tuition fees, as stated in the hospitality contract.

Camplus is willing to accommodate specific family needs to prevent payment issues and find a suitable solution together.

How Can I Request a Camplus Apartment?

Students can request a Camplus apartment by applying online through www.camplusapartments.it or by directly contacting the sales office in their city of interest.

Apartment assignments are subject to availability, and the Camplus staff will propose the most suitable housing solution based on:

Budget
Contract duration
Location preferences
Type of housing

Can I Obtain a Bed Through a Scholarship? What Types of Financial Aid Does Camplus Offer?

Camplus provides various economic benefits and financial aid opportunities for students.

Returning students are offered a discounted rate for renewing their stay.
In Colleges of Excellence, students may receive up to a 35% reduction in fees, based on:
- Academic merit
- ISEE (household income indicator)
- Length of stay at Camplus

Additionally, through partnerships with organizations such as INPS and ENPAM, Camplus offers scholarships covering part or all of the housing costs.

ENPAM scholarships provide up to €5,000.
INPS scholarships provide up to €12,500.
