The future residence is located in the district of the former Olympic Village, which was illegally occupied for a long time. The aim of the design for the redevelopment of the buildings is to return, not only to the neighborhood but to the entire city, a renewed and safe space.
The former Palazzo Poste in Florence was entrusted to the management of Camplus as a residence for university students and young workers consisting of 200 beds, with both single and double rooms. The building will be entirely redeveloped by the owner and will also house commercial and management activities.
