Camplus, thanks to its collaboration with the National Institute of Social Security (INPS), offers scholarships to cover the enrollment fee for the Collegi di Merito recognized and accredited by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research (MUR). These scholarships can cover up to the full amount of the fee, based on the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator).
The call for applications is aimed at students enrolled in undergraduate degree programs for the academic year 2025/2026 who are children or orphans of INPS employees – including those under the former Inpdap, Enam, and Ipost schemes.

ADMISSION PROCESS THROUGH INPS CALL
The following information and deadlines apply to the academic year 2025-2026.
Camplus Collegi di Merito are part of a network of university colleges of merit (CCUM) recognized and accredited by the MUR, and for over 10 years, they have been participating in the INPS Call.
It is possible to download the INPS Call and the related Annex 1 from the “Bandi Nuovi” page on the INPS website.
The procedure to follow for admission is as follows:
- Fill out the INPS admission application on the website inps.it from 12:00 PM on July 7, 2025 and no later than 12:00 PM on July 30, 2025.
- Fill out the Camplus admission application at the following link;
- Wait for the publication of the INPS ranking;
- If selected, send an email to the relevant Camplus Management.
Winners of the INPS call must send an email to the address of the city where the relevant Camplus residence is located:
- bologna.college@camplus.it
- catania.college@camplus.it
- firenze.college@camplus.it
- milano.college@camplus.it
- palermo.college@camplus.it
- roma.college@camplus.it
- torino.college@camplus.it
In the email, the following information must be included: Last Name, First Name, INPS Application Number, Score, Ranking Position and attach a copy of a valid ID, ISEE certificate valid for university benefits, and the email received from INPS confirming the scholarship award.
The selected students will be contacted by the Camplus Management until all available spots are filled, considering room type availability at each facility and the gender of students already occupying the rooms.
It is therefore emphasized that a positive outcome in the INPS call does not automatically guarantee a bed in one of the Camplus Collegi di Merito.
N.B. Students who already have a Camplus contract and are winners of the INPS call will have priority for the INPS spots assigned by Camplus
Only students assigned a bed, based on the above criteria, will receive a copy of the contract.
For the academic year 2025/2026, the INPS call has not specified the number of beds allocated to each College, out of the 477 available for winners. Therefore, Camplus has announced that up to 200 beds have been made available across its Collegi di Merito, distributed as follows:
- up to 20 beds in Florence at Camplus Fortezza
- up to 35 beds in Milan, divided between Camplus Lambrate, Turro and Città Studi
- up to 35 beds in Bologna at Camplus Bononia and Alma Mater
- up to 30 beds in Turin at Camplus Bernini
- up to 30 beds in Catania at Camplus D’Aragona
- up to 30 beds in Palermo at Camplus Normanni
- up to 20 beds in Rome at Camplus Pietralata
The room types available at Camplus are single and double rooms, available until capacity is reached.
The fees, on which the student’s contribution is calculated, include the services listed in the facilities’ service guides, including full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
